Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website and landing pages may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, and similar tracking technologies to operate the website, improve your browsing experience, understand how visitors use the website, remember preferences, measure marketing performance, and support advertising and retargeting.

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Pixels and similar technologies may allow us or third-party platforms to understand whether you visited a page, clicked an advertisement, submitted a form, scheduled a call, subscribed to emails, made a purchase, or took another action.

You can disable or limit cookies through your browser settings. You may also be able to manage cookie preferences through tools provided on our website, if available. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the website or limit our ability to measure advertising performance.

Analytics, Advertising, and Retargeting

We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising tools, and similar platforms.

These tools may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, or similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our website, landing pages, advertisements, forms, and emails.

These tools may help us:

  • understand website and landing page traffic;
  • measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
  • understand which advertisements, pages, or forms led to inquiries, sign-ups, purchases, or scheduled calls;
  • show advertisements to people who have visited our website or landing pages;
  • create or use audiences for advertising, such as retargeting audiences, custom audiences, or similar/lookalike audiences where permitted by the advertising platform and applicable law; and
  • avoid showing irrelevant or repeated advertisements where possible.

The information collected may include IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, pixel events, form interactions, and other usage or interaction information.

We do not provide advertising platforms with coaching-session notes, private coaching communications, intake responses, or the content of confidential coaching conversations for advertising purposes. However, advertising and analytics platforms may collect information about your interactions with our website, landing pages, advertisements, forms, or emails through their own technologies.

Third-party platforms may use the information they collect according to their own privacy policies, terms, and settings. We do not control all uses of information by these third parties. You should review their privacy policies and advertising settings for more information.

You may manage advertising preferences through tools such as Google Ad Settings, Meta/Facebook Ad Preferences, browser cookie settings, and any cookie controls available on our website.

Sensitive Information and Advertising

We do not intentionally use the content of private coaching communications, coaching-session notes, intake responses, or confidential coaching interactions to create advertising audiences or target advertisements.

You should understand, however, that if you visit our website or landing pages, click an advertisement, submit a form, schedule a call, subscribe to emails, or otherwise interact with online tools, certain technical and interaction information may be collected by us or by third-party analytics and advertising platforms as described in this Privacy Policy.

Lead Forms and Advertising Platforms

If you submit information through a lead form, contact form, scheduling form, or similar form hosted by an advertising platform or third-party service, the information you provide may be collected by both the Company and the platform or service that hosts the form.

That platform or service may process your information according to its own privacy policy, terms, and settings.

We use information submitted through lead forms to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, communicate with you, schedule calls, and offer Services that may be relevant to your request.

Payment Information

If you make a purchase, your payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor. The Company does not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment account information.

Payment processors may collect and process payment details according to their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices.

We may receive limited payment-related information, such as your name, email address, billing information, transaction amount, transaction date, payment status, and partial payment method details, as needed to process transactions, maintain records, provide Services, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including business, legal, accounting, tax, operational, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and safety-related requirements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

The length of time we retain information may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, whether you continue to use the Services, whether we need the information to comply with legal obligations, and whether retention is necessary to protect our rights or resolve disputes.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
